My Story
At 16, I started waking up in the early hours feeling like I was suffocating. I couldn't breathe. Doctors diagnosed me with exercise-induced asthma and banned me from playing for months. I felt fragile, lost, and decided to give up my career as a professional athlete to study chemical engineering. Years later, I discovered it wasn't asthma: it was a mix of stress, pollution, and, above all, dysfunctional breathing.
Since 2016, I have been building startups, bringing products to millions of people. I began practicing breathing in 2017, almost by accident. I would sit every morning to count my inhalations; it helped me think better. But in 2018, while leading a company as part of the founding team, I had several panic attacks that sent me to the hospital. That’s when my true immersion started: I tried Wim Hof, Conscious Breathing, and, more recently, Oxygen Advantage, the method that won me over with its scientific basis and focus on performance.
Last year, I left my 10-year career in technology to fully dedicate myself to teaching breathwork to high-performance athletes and entrepreneurs. My approach is practical, science-based, and designed to enhance your recovery, endurance, and mental control when you need it most.
