By downloading, installing, or using the Loto breathing app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Loto offers:

  • Guided breathing exercises and patterns
  • Meditation and mindfulness content
  • Progress tracking and personalization
  • Audio guide and ambient sounds

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The App is not a medical device.

  • Consult a professional before using if you have medical conditions
  • Does not substitute professional medical advice
  • Discontinue use if adverse effects occur

4. User Accounts and Registration

5.3 Payment and Billing

  • Charged via Apple ID
  • Automatic renewal unless turned off

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation from Apple ID settings
  • Valid until the end of the current period
  • Refunds via Apple

5.5 Price Changes

  • Notification 30 days in advance

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Privacy Policy

Governed by our Privacy Policy.

6.2 Health Data

  • Optional access to HealthKit
  • Full control over what data you share

6.3 Security

  • We implement appropriate measures
  • We do not guarantee absolute security

7. Acceptable Use
